Name Rasols‘s been inspired by the Latvian national salad, a combination of potatoes, apples and beets with mayonnaise and sour cream. If the interest isn’t to find in their tiny menu that includes small portions of Latvian comfort food, this cosy café boasts an eclectic interior of mirror tile mosaics, clunky wooden tables, unusual lighting fixtures, colorfully upholstered benches and animal skin rugs. On top of that, the location is great : in the very middle of the Art Nouveau neighborhood of Riga, a true gem of architecture.
