At Paperboy, everything looks and feels like natural and fresh, from the boxes of fresh fruit at the entrance to the light wood tables and chairs, the pastel colors painted on the walls and the healthy-oriented menu. A nice effort has been made with the interior that is clearly inspired from the Scandinavian decoration style. For our lunch, my friend and I took the soup of the day (made with green peas), a ginger juice and a special-fish plate served with a nice mix of salads and greens. The menu also offers a pretty large selection of sandwiches, salads, bagels, hot plates and healthy juices – not to mention the number of brunch options available on weekends. Staff people are very friendly and their look bring a ‘hipsterish’ touch to the place. There is no doubt, we are definitely in the 11th arrondissement!
