I have discovered the great Chinese cuisine from the Yunnan province in this charming restaurant and immediately fell in love with it. Not only is the food absolutely delicious – thanks to Thai and Vietnamese inspirations which make it highly refined and diverse, but also the decor is so enchanting! Housed in a lovely Shanghai-1920’s-style villa in the former French concession, the lovely bar lounge has minimal spotlights giving a very dark light and intimate atmosphere. The upstairs dining room features an elegant high ceiling, an impressive Buddha statue, dark wood floor and flickering candelights. By far one of my favourite restaurants in Shanghai.
